Program Description Areas of study include welding safety, welding theory and techniques, basic metallurgic principles, blueprint reading, fabrication basics, structural welding, and AWS qualification welding preparation. Upon completion of this program, students will be prepared to take the AWS certification exam. Outcomes: Graduates are prepared to:
